Guarantee

Of course, I do my best to get my products in great condition at your place. Still, it can happen that a product breaks during shipping or that something else happens that enables you to claim guarantee. If this is the case, you need to report this to me not more than two months after you noticed that something is wrong about a certain product. If this failure of the product is indeed part of the guarantee, then I’ll make sure that it will be repaired or replaced without any additional costs for you.

Complaints

It can always happen that something goes different than it should. I recommend you to first report your complaints to me by sending an email to info@belicons.nl or to fill out the form ‘I have a complaint’ at the contact page. If we cannot work the difference out, then it is possible to report this dispute via Stichting WebwinkelKeur (https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/) so that they can intermediate.

Since February 2016 it is also possible for consumers from the EU to report complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission ( http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If your complaint is not dealt with by somewhere else, then you can report it via this platform of the European Union.
